The hip joints are two of the most important joints of the body. They are the powerhouse units of the body and it is immensely important to achieve full Range of Motion along with adequate strength throughout that range of motion. Acting as a key player in almost all power movements along with supporting the pelvis and spine are just two of the important functions of the hips. Keeping the hips healthy truly means keeping the whole body healthy. Below is a video I made that gives you a great hip warm up that can be done in less than 3 minutes.
